Resident Update: Construction Traffic

As residents of Willow Point MUD may be aware, new construction has commenced on the north end of our District. This construction is occurring due to the addition of commercial land property being developed.

The development of the commercial property has the unfortunate result of lane closures and backups, hindering our normal traffic flow. We realize this is causing delays in travel time, both with the closure of Anserra Trail and the reduced lanes along Kingsland Blvd. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period of growth and ask residents to plan an extra 5-10 minutes when leaving and returning to your homes.

Additionally, while traveling through the areas of construction, please be vigilant of the workers who are working diligently on getting the improvements for our District completed. We will continue to keep residents updated throughout the development process.
